1. Many companies in Russia are about to close. The Mayor of Moscow has informed that due to the closure of the international companies, about 2 lakh people have become unemployed. The prices of milk, vegetables, sugar, etc. have considerably increased.
2. Russia is facing the highest inflation in the last twenty years. The inflation rate reached 17.3% after 2002.
