According to Iranna, he was determined to accept Christianity, as the hospital authorities promised to pay for his son’s medical expenses. However, the BLDE Association in the Bijapur district of Karnataka assisted Iranna in his son’s treatment. This assistance saved Iranna and his family from converting to Christianity.
