Frame charges against separatists Yasin Malik, Shabbir Shah, and others : NIA Court

While these separatists were expected to be severely punished by now, the question is, how many years will these trials run and when will they be punished ?

New Delhi – National Investigation Agency (NIA) Court has ordered to register an offence against separatists Yasin Malik, Shabbir Shah, Masrat Alam, Hafiz Saeed, founder of Lashkar-e-Toiba, Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin, and others under UAPA for financing terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir.

1. Former MLA Rashid Engineer, businessman Zahoor Ahmed Shah Watali, Bitta Karate, Aftab Ahmed Shah, Avtar Ahmed Shah, Nayeem Khan, Bashir Ahmed Bhat alias Pir Saufullah, and many others are involved in this case. Therefore, a case will be registered against them too.

2. The National Investigation Agency told the Court, ‘Terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir is being financed by Pakistan. Also, international terrorists like Hafiz Saeed are involved in this. Lashkar-e-Toiba, Hizbul Mujahideen, Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, and Jaish-e-Mohammed are also involved, with the support of Pakistan’s ISI. Their aim is to incite violence in the Kashmir Valley by attacking civilians and security personnel.
