Indian students near the Poland border wanting to leave Ukraine were harassed by soldiers 

  • Angered over India not voting for Ukraine in the UN Security Council
  • Ukrainian citizens also are ill-treating Indians

Kyiv (Ukraine) – Indian students are reaching the Polish border to leave Ukraine, but there have been incidents of harassment by Ukrainian soldiers and Police. The students claim that the citizens of Ukraine are also ill-treating them.

  1. An Indian student in a video is heard saying, we are being held captive in the harsh winter and are denied food and shelter too. We are being victimised, as India did not vote for Ukraine in the UN Security Council.
  2. In the video, the student was saying soldiers are firing in the air to terrorise us and are ill-treating Indian students.
