Take action against those violating the order of the Karnataka High Court under the name of hijab and attacking Hindus

Memorandum to Home Minister Araga Jnanendra on behalf of various Hindu Organisations in Karnataka

Editorial comment

In fact, why the memorandum needs to be given at all; the Government is expected to act on its own against the activists performing acts of lawlessness.

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – The Hijab Issue in Karnataka is a part of a global conspiracy. This has created a law and order situation. Despite the interim order of the Karnataka High Court denying wearing any religious clothing in school, Muslim students and teachers are going to classes wearing burqa and hijab.

This is a sheer violation of the High Court’s order. Not only this, deadly attacks are being made on the social media persons publishing information regarding hijab in Chennagiri, Harihar, Kushalnagar, Malebennaru, etc. Death threats are given to Hindu students. It appears that some religious fanatics are behind all these incidents. This has turned out to be a law and order problem.

Therefore, the Government should take action against those insulting the High Court by violating its order and protect the Hindu students, demanded various Hindu organisations along with the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) by meeting the State Home Minister Araga Jnanendra on 14th February by submitting a memorandum to him. On this occasion, devout Hindus namely, ML Shivkumar of Bajrang Dal, Shriram of VHP, Mohan Gowda, Spokesperson of HJS in the State, Navin Gowda of HJS, etc. Memorandums were handed over to the District Collectors and Tahasildars of Bagalkote, Kodagu and South Canara on behalf of the Samiti. Representatives of various Hindu organisations were present there.
