Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s daughter Anita Bose wants her father’s ashes to be brought to India
Mumbai – After the death of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, in the last 77 years, it has not been possible to bring his ashes from Japan. As the only daughter of Netaji, I want to see Netaji’s ashes in India. My father loved his country more than his life and dreamt to see it independent, but he could not see it while alive. At least, his ashes should be brought to his beloved country as it was his ardent desire, such sentiments were expressed by Netaji’s daughter Anita Bose in an interview on the eve of his birth anniversary which is on 23rd January.
Anita Bose further said that Netaji’s contributions to the freedom struggle were deliberately ignored by Congress. Congress as part of its political tactics, gave the entire credit of the country’s Independence to the non-violent movement. But, the British Government dreaded the Azad Hind Army and had realised that it would be impossible to rule India further. There is numerous evidence to substantiate this claim.
The controversy over the death of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose must end
The controversy over the death of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose must now be closed. His work, his idea of patriotism, is much greater as compared to his death. Anita Bose said about the need to remember him.
M. Gandhi was a cunning politician and he used to teach a lesson to those who did not agree with his views
Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and M. Gandhi’s differences were well known, yet Netaji had respect for Gandhiji, but Gandhiji was a cunning politician. He used to teach a lesson to those who did not agree with his views. In contrast, Netaji was a simple-minded and articulate speaker. Anita Bose openly expressed that Netaji’s contribution was greater than Nehru’s and the countrymen are aware of it.
