New Delhi – The Chinese phone manufacturing companies Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo have earned 1 lakh crore rupees in India, but have not paid any taxes in India. Hence, the Government of India is going to look into this matter.

The Chinese companies have been accused of hiding their income and profit to evade taxes. The mobile phones of these companies have a great sale in India but still, they claim to be at a loss when reporting to the Government of India. A senior officer has said that there are loopholes in the financial report of the past three years of these organisations as well as tax evasion, hiding of the income and manipulation of facts. A few days ago, various Indian investigation teams conducted raids at the offices of various Chinese mobile companies.

The Indian mobile phone manufacturing companies have weakened due to the superiority of the Chinese companies in the Indian mobile business. The sale of Indian mobile companies like Lava, Karbon, Micromax and Intex has considerably decreased. The share of India in Mobile business is less than 10%.
