New Delhi – Union Home Ministry has asked the Punjab Government to submit the report about the unpardonable breach of security of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Ferozepur in Punjab. A petition has also been filed in the Supreme Court. The Punjab Government has formed a high-level committee to investigate the case.

Demand has been made in the petition filed in the Supreme Court to give appropriate instructions to initiate proceedings against the erring officials and other persons responsible for the breach in the security of the Prime Minister and also asking to stop such incidents in future.
BJP leaders had a meeting with the Governor of Punjab to explain the errors in the security of PM Narendra Modi. They have demanded the suspension of the Punjab Chief Secretary and DGP.
