India will become a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ in the coming 32 years ! : Shankaracharya Swami Nishchalananda Saraswati
Politics is about creating a well-cultured, well-organised, safe and wealthy individuals and society and not a game of greed and craze !
Gorakhpur (UP) – Speaking to reporters here when He had come to attend some religious programmes, Shankaracharya Swami Nishchalananda Saraswati of Govardhan Peetha said that India would become a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ in the coming 32 years.
Shankaracharya Swami Nishchalananda Saraswati further said, “India was not declared a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ after India’s Partition due to the directionless attitude of the Government and political parties at that time. You can either choose to ignore this ‘Hindu Rashtra’, which is going to be established or just look at it dispassionately or participate in establishing it.
The Indian leaders are ignorant about Dharma and related policies. There is no dearth of political leaders, but they are ignorant about the definition of politics. Can we expect prestige, security, prosperity, and the creation of a good society from such leaders ? Insolence, following the policy of ‘divide and rule’ or gaining power is not politics. Politics is about creating a well- cultured, well-organised, safe and wealthy individuals and society and not a game of greed and craze”.
‘Mahabharat’, ‘Matsyapuran’ and ‘Agnipuran’ say that the Sanskrut word for politics is ‘Rajdharma (Duty of the Ruler)’. Policy and Dharma (Righteousness) are its alternative names.
When Shankaracharya Swami Nishchalananda Saraswati was asked about the alternative for the word ‘Hindu’, He said ‘Sanatani’, ‘Vaidik’, ‘Arya’ and ‘Hindu’ – these 4 words can be used. ‘Hind Mahasagar (Indian Ocean)’, ‘Hindukush’, Hindi, Hindu are ancient words. The word ‘Hindu’ has been used even in the ‘Puranas’ and ‘Rugveda’.
Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale’s foresightedness
Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale had said 25 years ago that Hindu Rashtra will be established in India in 2023. This is what Swami Nishchalananda is saying now. This reflects Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale’s foresightedness. It won’t be a surprise if all Saints also start saying this and unitedly work to achieve it.
