Lucknow (UP) – The Police have informed that the conversions in Uttar Pradesh are associated with the jihadi terrorist organisation, Al-Qaeda. Sixteen individuals have been arrested so far in this case.

Banned outfit Al-Qaeda was reportedly funding conversion racket in Uttar Pradesh.

ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar has claimed that the evidence obtained from Adam and Kausar Alam who were arrested from Maharashtra earlier in this case showed that both are associated with the ideology of Al-Qaeda.
