HJS organises Special Online Discussion on ‘Moplah riots : 100 years of Hindu genocide’
Attempts are being made to hide the history of Moplah riots so that Hindu society remains in delusion !
The blood-curdling atrocities committed by the Moplahs in Malabar on the Hindus are indescribable ! : Dr Ambedkar
Mumbai – Speaking in a Special Online discussion organised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti on ‘Moplah riots : 100 years of Hindu genocide’, Advocate Krishna Raj (practising in Kerala High Court and Supreme Court) said – “In the Moplah riots in 1921, close to World War 1, Government employees, Police and British soldiers were attacked, while Hindus were massacred. The riots lasted about 6 months. Muslim Jihadis declared – ‘This is our movement and this is our victory’; but it was not a movement, it was a genocide of Hindus. However, MK Gandhi made many shocking statements such as – ‘Hindus were persecuted by Muslims in Moplah riots, but Hindus should bear this atrocity for Hindu-Muslim unity’. Moplah riots were part of the Jihad; in fact, even the rioters accepted it as Jihad”.
Mr Sandeep Balakrishna (Writer and Founder-Editor of ‘The Dharma Dispatch’), Mr Binil Somsundaram (President of ‘Annapurna Foundation’ in Kerala) and Mr Ramesh Shinde (National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti) participated in this discussion. The live broadcast of this special discussion was seen by 2,733 people.
If Hindus resist attacks, they are labelled terrorists ! : Mr Ramesh Shinde
1. Attempts are being made to spread false information in our country. It is said that riots took place in Godhra and Mumbai. When Hindus resist an attack, they are labelled ‘terrorists’.
2. Foreign historian Stephen Dale has called the Moplah riots a ‘Jihad’. Dr Ambedkar also wrote in his book ‘Pakistan or the Partition of India’ that the riots in Moplah were carried out by the Muslims. The Khilafat Committee was first established in 1920 at Malabar in Kerala. The Collector during the British period C Gopalan Nair has also described the Moplah riots in a report.
3. Despite this, attempts are being made to hide the history of Moplah riots so that Hindu society remains in delusion. Therefore, Hindus should become alert and vigilant.
The Moplahs not only carried out the riots, but also massacred Hindus in a well-planned manner ! : Mr Sandeep Balakrishna
1. Under the pretext of the Khilafat movement, the Ali brothers united the Muslims by calling for ‘Jihad’ against the British. When the Ali brothers were captured by the British, Moplah Muslims carried out a horrific massacre in Kerala.
2. The Moplahs not only carried out the riots, but also massacred Hindus in a well-planned manner. Muslim women were also involved in the riots.
3. Sadly, the massacre (of Hindus) by Moplahs was recorded in history as a ‘Muslim movement against the British’ and was taught as such in Kerala textbooks; but now the truth is coming out.
The Moplah riots were an attempt by Muslims to establish Islamic rule ! : Mr Binil Somasundaram
1. Hindus were openly oppressed in the Moplah massacre. The riots were carried out to establish Islamic rule.
2. On the 100th Anniversary of the Moplah riots, Hindus in Kerala performed Shraddha ritual to pay homage to the ancestors who lost their lives in the riots and tried to create awareness through various means.
3. An agitation has been going on in Kerala since 2018 against the wrong decision to allow women to enter the Sabarimala Temple. Since then, the Hindu community in Kerala has awakened without the support of any political group or people.
THE HORRIBLE TRUTH‘The Moplah riots were described by the likes of Annie Besant and Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar in their respective books. Annie Besant described the events in her book ‘The Future of Indian Politics’ as : “They murdered and plundered abundantly, and killed or drove away all Hindus who would not apostatize. Somewhere about a lakh of people were driven from their homes with nothing but the clothes they had on, stripped of everything. Malabar has taught us what Islamic rule still means, and we do not want to see another specimen of the Khilafat Raj in India”. Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar in his book, ‘Pakistan or the Partition of India’, wrote, “The blood-curdling atrocities committed by the Moplahs in Malabar against the Hindus were indescribable”. |
