Mumbai – ‘Swatantraveer Savarkar was a visionary leader who accurately predicted future events. The book has been written by Uday Mahurkar, a senior journalist and political analyst and co-authored by Chirayu Pandit. The book ‘Veer Savarkar – The Man Who Could Have Prevented Partition’ published by Roopa Prakashan is scheduled to be launched in Delhi on 12th October by RSS Sarsanghchalak, Mohan Bhagwat.

This book evaluates the efforts made by Swatantryaveer Savarkar till the very end to prevent the partition of India with the then available material. Swatantryaveer Savarkar had predicted the Indo-China war 8 years before it happened.

It was Savarkar who advised Nehru to arm India with nuclear bombs after partition, but no steps were taken in this direction. Due to this, as per several references in the book, it took more than 25 years for India to progress, but by then China had overtaken India by leaps and bounds.
