Dhar (MP) : The priest of the Hanuman Temple beaten to death

Dhar (MP) – Some unknown miscreants beat up a 65-year-old priest to death. The unfortunate incident occurred at the Hanuman Temple in Gyanpura village in the Dhar District. The watchman of the Temple has also been injured in efforts to protect the priest.
A priest living at Hanuman temple, Gyanpura was beaten to death by 3-4 unknown persons last night, preceding an argument.He died at a hospital this morning. On 12th September night, some youths were standing outside the Temple. When the priest Arundas asked them the reason for standing there, the youth got angry. They started abusing and beating the priest with sticks. The watchman Rahul went to rescue the priest. The miscreants mercilessly beat him up too. Both of them were severely injured and were admitted to the nearest hospital where the priest died during the treatment. The priest Arundas based from Uttar Pradesh was living and serving in the Temple for 6-7 years.
