India is an important country in the Indian subcontinent (Subcontinent includes India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Afghanistan.) India should pursue its policy based on the will of the Afghan people. Afghanistan land will not be used against any country. He also said that the organisation called Islamic State is almost extinct.
