Effect of the third covid wave will not be felt much

Kanpur (UP) – Professor Maninder Agarwal, a senior scientist at IIT Kanpur has claimed based on his mathematical calculations that the possibility of a third covid wave is negligible. The spread of the third wave will not be high due to large scale vaccination.

Padm Shree laureate Professor Agarwal said that the rate of corona infection will now decrease. The States like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi and Madhya Pradesh will be free from covid infection by October.

  1. He has claimed that the active cases in the country will remain close to 15,000 till October as there will be infections in the north-eastern States including Assam and Arunachal Pradesh and also in Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
  2. Professor Maninder Agarwal’s claim about the 2nd wave of covid was accurate. He has said that the lockdown and vaccination curbed the spread of covid.

The third covid wave will be milder than the earlier 2 waves – Experts from the National Institute of Disaster Management

Experts from National Disaster Management have claimed that the children are at more risk in the 3rd wave of covid. It may peak till the end of October. The experts added despite all types of alertness, the third wave will appear till the end of October; however, this wave will be milder than the earlier two waves.
