5 Lok Janashakti Party (LJP) MPs in Bihar revolt against Chirag Paswan
Unethical Indian politics. Will the representatives who are not loyal to the party be ever loyal to the public ?
MPs are inclined to join JD(U).
Patliputra (Patna) – After the death of LJP leader Ram Vilas Paswan in Bihar, the Party appears to be falling apart. All the 5 MPs of the Party namely Pashupati Kumar Paras (Chirag Paswan’s uncle), Prince Raj (Chirag Paswan’s cousin), Chandan Singh, Veena Devi and Mehboob Ali Kaiser have revolted against Ram Vilas Paswan’s son Chirag Paswan.

All these MPs are going to join Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s Party JD(U). These 5 MPs wrote a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla asking for considering them as an independent group. They were against the decision taken by Chirag Paswan of contesting the Bihar Assembly elections independently instead of in alliance with JD(U) and BJP. Since then, the news of the possibility of doing rounds. Chirag Paswan commented upon this saying, ‘I have recovered from the shock of my father’s death, I will recover from this too.
