Pratapgarh (UP) – Unknown miscreants demolished a Corona Mata temple from the Shuklapur village just 5 days after it was built. The Police said, “The Temple was built on a disputed land. Thus there are chances that those who have disputes over this land might have destroyed the temple.

- The land is owned by Lokesh, Nagesh Kumar Shrivastav and Jayprakash Shrivastav. All three of them live in Noida. A complaint registered by Nagesh says that this temple was built just to grab the land.
- Lokesh Kumar Shrivastav collected contribution for this temple and built it just 5 days before. An Idol of Corona Mata was kept here. Radheshyam Varma was appointed as the priest of the temple. Notices such as, ‘wear mask, wash hands repeatedly, maintan social distance, etc. were written on the rear wall of the temple. It was said that Corona Mata needs only yellow flowers, yellow fruits, yellow naivedyam (food) or all other things with only yellow colour.
- A Corona Devi temple has also been built in Koimbatur, Tamil Nadu in the last month. A Corona Devi Idol has also been installed in the temple.
