Due to extreme cold, 90 % of Chinese troops go back from Ladakh sector of India border
Beijing (China) – Health of the 90% of Chinese troops deployed at Ladakh on Indian border is badly affected by the extreme cold conditions in the area. As a result, they had to go back. Last year after Galwan Valley clashes, China had deployed more than 50,000 soldiers here. China has replaced the withdrawn troops with the soldiers deployed at some other places. However is difficult even for the newly deployed soldiers to adjust with the cold. Even during the deployment in friction points in Pangong lake area, Chinese troops were getting rotated on almost daily basis and their movement had become very restricted.
