The Central Government presented its complete plan regarding the purchase and supply of oxygen to the Supreme Court. 1. The Court told Tushar Mehta that when they had planned, they had not thought that everyone would need oxygen; however, patients getting treated at home also required it.
2. The Supreme Court also revoked the contempt notice of the Delhi High Court. The Court said, “by case of contempt or imprisonment of officers, the supply of oxygen will not increase. Right now people’s lives are in danger, so help is needed from all. Central Government and Delhi Government officials should immediately meet and discuss this point”.
