India should ‘loosen the restrictions’ imposed on people of J&K ! – Turkey

Turkey has no business in India’s internal matters; rather, it should focus on its own issues! Turkey regularly rakes up the Kashmir issue to defame India on the international platform. High time that india deals with Turkey in a language that it understands!

Ankara (Turkey) – In yet another attempt to intrude in India’s internal matter, Turkish foreign minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu made unwarranted statements regarding Kashmir. He said, “We are in favour of solving this issue through dialogue within the framework of the United Nations resolutions, especially in line with the expectations of the people of Kashmir.” Earlier, Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan had also raked up Kashmir issue in UNGA held in September 2020.

"We would advise Turkey to practise what it preaches…"

In a strong message to Turkey, New Delhi reminded Ankara of the UN Security Council resolutions on Cyprus after the latter raked UNSC resolutions on Kashmir at UNHRC.
