The inquiry will be conducted via in person spot checks in each madarasato verify differences between the ground reality and documents. The ‘Police records’ of the teachers and students in these madarasas will all be examined. (When these rules are mandatory, how can the Government not follow them and yet consent to the funding of these madarasas? An inquiry should also be conducted on those responsible for such incidents! – Editor)
