Special ONLINE interaction on ‘Conspiracy to attack temples in Andhra Pradesh ?’
If the Government wants Hindu temples, it should first declare India a ‘Hindu Nation’ : M Nageshwar Rao (Former Director In-charge of CBI)
Mumbai – “In 2020, there were 228 incidents of temple vandalism in Andhra Pradesh, according to the State’s Director General of Police. There is a planned conspiracy behind these anti-Hindu incidents. In fact, the Government is expected to provide security to all religions.
However, it seems to be leaning towards a particular religion. This is not a sign of secularism. The Hindu community should unite and fight for the protection of the 24,632 temples taken over by the Andhra Pradesh Government through ‘Shadow Trusts’ in each temple on the lines of ‘Shadow Cabinet’.
A secular Government has no right to seize Hindu temples. If the Government wants Hindu temples, it should first declare the country a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ and then look after the temples”, said Mr. M Nageshwar Rao (Former IPS officer and Director In-charge of CBI), while speaking on ‘Conspiracy to attack temples in Andhra Pradesh ?’ organised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS).
This programme was titled ‘Charcha Hindu Rashtra Ki’. The event was viewed by 44,496 people on Facebook and YouTube.
Mr. Giridhar Mamidi (State Vice President of Pragya Bharati in Telangana) said, “If the State Government is not making any effort to prevent such incidents, the Central Government should intervene.
Hindus too should create awareness about this issue all over the country”.
Mr. Srinivas Chari (President of Rashtriya Shivaji Sena in Telangana) said, “Even after the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister promised to stop Idol-breaking incidents, they had taken place in 4 places. Therefore, we have lost faith in the Government”.
Mr. Ramesh Shinde (National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti) said, “If the Andhra Pradesh Government takes crores of Rupees from temples, why are the temples not provided security. These incidents are a well-planned conspiracy to destroy the faith of Hindus. When stones were pelted at only 5-6 churches in Karnataka, the issue of churches in India being in danger was made an international issue.
However, despite attacks on hundreds of temples, no one is serious about them. Therefore, Hindus should raise their voices and force the Government to take action”.
