Lakshmanpuri (U.P.) – Disproportionate assets worth 3790 crore rupees was unearthed during the raids conducted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the house and offices ofSamajwadi Party leader and former mining minister, Gayatri Prasad Prajapatimining minister. It has been revealed that 200 crore Rupees has been kept in the name of Prajapati’s driver. Also several documents and information about the movement of cash through hawala have been recovered in these investigations. The houses and offices of Prajapati’s children and close relatives were also raided. Several documents have been recovered related to the cases of illegal quarrying. It has been revealed that Prajapati owns property in Mumbai and Pune as well.
