Seekers should get necessary health tests done at the earliest

A series of articles has been published in five issues of ‘English Sanatan Prabaht’ from 15th July to 15th September 2020 in which it has been elaborated that events during adverse times such as floods, earthquakes, World War 3, Coronavirus pandemic and other calamities will take place in the future and what action should be taken to survive in such times.

The articles also highlight that availability of doctors, Vaidyas (Ayurveda practitioners), medicines, hospitals, etc. will be difficult to find in emergencies.

Similarly, it will also be difficult to get health-checkups done from doctors, easily perform a variety of tests (ranging from simple tests such as blood-urine tests to CT scans, angiography, etc.) which have to be done according to Allopathy.

Hence, it is advisable to carry out necessary tests early under proper medical guidance. The following aspects may be helpful in considering who should undergo such tests.

1. People who currently have some minor complaints; however, they did not pay much attention to these complaints.
2. People who need some long-term care for ailments; for example, blood pressure, diabetes, etc.
A. To verify whether such an ailment is under control.
B. To verify whether such ailments affect other organs.
C. Are there any minor physical complaints that do not seem to be related to the original ailment ? Get them checked.
3. People who need to undergo specific tests sometime in the near future as per the advice of doctors.
4. A serious ailment that has been currently cured by treatment but may recur, such as some type of cancer.
5. To undergo preventive health-checkups to find out if some ailments or diseases which may be a result of diet, age, occupation, or heredity do not develop. For example, people over the age of 30, as well as those whose parents have diabetes, those who have started developing diabetes or are likely to develop in future should undergo blood tests.
