A BJP activist killed in Police lathi-charge in Siliguri (Bengal)
Do the Police ever beat Trinamool Congress activists in Bengal with lathis ? And even if they do so, do the Trinamool Congress workers die in it ?
Siliguri (Bengal) – BJP activist Ulen Roy was injured in the Police lathi-charge during a BJP agitation at Tinbatti. He died at the hospital. While the BJP has blamed the Police for the incident, the Police say, “They had to resort to lathi-charge as BJP activists pelted stones at them”. (Would the Police have responded in this way, if they had resorted to lathi-charge on the peaceful members of society and these members had accused Police about it ? – Editor) BJP leader in charge of Bengal State Kailas Vijayvargiya, President of BJP Youth Front MP Tejaswi Surya and others had participated in this agitation. Due to this incident of death, BJP had called for a bandh here on 8th December.

I am informed by our local karyakartas that Sri Ulen Roy, a senior BJP karyakarta, has succumbed to splinter injuries caused by the country bombs that Mamata’s police threw.
This is murder. Nothing less.
We are very angry. We will never forgive you Mamata Di.
Om Shanti! pic.twitter.com/7xgZcKus4n
