Chennai based ‘Arudra Engineering Private Limited’ has filed a petition against Patanjali Yogpeeth in the Madras High Court. The petitioner has said that, since 1993, the trade mark Coronil has been registered in their name. Hence the Madras High Court had imposed a ban on the sale of ‘Coronil’. Patanjali challenged the petitioner in the Supreme Court.
