Citizens resolve to fight unitedly against coronavirus by lighting lamps
Lamps lit in Sanatan’s Ashram in Goa following PM Modi’s appeal
Mumbai – Crores of Indians displayed their resolve to fight unitedly against coronavirus by lighting oil or ghee lamps at 9 p.m. on 5th April. This is the first time in the history of our country that people responded promptly to PM’s appeal and displayed their unity and super-power of light to fight against the peril our country is facing.
Ramnathi (Goa) – In response to PM’s appeal, all lights in Sanatan’s Ashram here were switched off from 8.58 p.m. to 9.10 p.m. on 5th April. Sadguru (Mrs.) Binda Singbal and Sadguru (Mrs.) Anjali Gadgil (See photo) lit 9 lamps of castor oil at 9 p.m. as per the instructions of Saptarshi. They also prayed to Shrikrushna and Navagraha (Nine planets) – ‘May the people be protected from coronavirus pandemic’. Sanatan’s priests recited Vedic mantras and seekers recited a Sanskrut mantra, the meaning of which is – ‘Lead me from untruth to the Truth. Lead me from darkness to light. Lead me from death to immortality. Om, Peace, Peace, Peace’.
After PM’s appeal, H.H. (Dr.) OmUlaganathan advised performing of the above acts to obtain blessings of Navagraha in the adverse times caused by coronavirus pandemic.
