Ukraine kills the Chief of Russia’s Nuclear Defence Forces
Moscow (Russia) – The head of Russia’s Nuclear Defence Forces, General Igor Kirillov, and one of his associates have been killed in an explosion carried out by Ukraine. Kirillov was a close aide to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Ukraine planted explosives on his scooter outside Kirillov’s home. Ukraine has claimed responsibility for his murder. Ukraine’s ‘Security Service’ said Kirillov got killed in a special operation. Kirillov had consistently supported Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and accused the United States of building a biological weapons laboratory in Ukraine.
