H.H. Swami Govinddev Giriji accorded a touching welcome at the Sanatan Ashram
Shrisatshakti (Mrs) Binda Singbal (One of the two Spiritual Heirs of Sachchidananda Parabrahman [Dr] Athavale, Founder of Sanatan Sanstha), Pujya Prithviraj Hazare (Former Group Editor of Sanatan Prabhat Periodicals), Mr Virendra Marathe (Managing Trustee of Sanatan Sanstha), Mr Chetan Rajhans (National Spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha) and other Saints and seekers in the Ashram were present on this auspicious occasion.
Pujya Prithviraj Hazare welcomed and felicitated H.H Swamiji on behalf of Sanatan Ashram. H.H. Swamiji was welcomed by Mr Vinayak Agvekar (Spiritual level 66%), who applied a tilak to H.H. Swamiji’s forehead and Mrs Manjiri Agvekar (Spiritual level 64%), who performed Aukshan of H.H. Swamiji.
The Ashram’s environment was charged with bhav (Spiritual emotion) on H.H. Swamiji’s arrival. Sanatan’s seeker Mr Abhishek Pai apprised H.H. Swamiji of the various activities performed in the Ashram for the protection of the Nation and Dharma, spiritual research conducted on different Art forms such as music, dance, etc.; besides the personality defects and ego reduction process followed by the seekers, and different temples instated in the Ashram. Swamiji had earlier visited Sanatan’s Ramnathi Ashram in March 2014.
1. On hearing about the work related to different Art forms, H.H. Swamiji said that when one’s Art is offered to God, its goal is fulfilled. He also keenly heard the information about the exhibition on the subtle world.
2. On seeing the Idol of Annapurna Devi in the Ashram kitchen, he reminisced about His visits to Annapurna Devi Temple in Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh).
3. H.H. Swamiji was appreciative about seekers honestly writing their mistakes on the board in the dining room.
4. H.H. Swamiji was very pleased to see Shriram Shaligram consecrated as per the instructions of Maharshis and the replica of Shrikrishna-Arjuna’s chariot in the Ashram.
