The two words ‘Vande Mataram !’ motivated thousands of freedom fighters. It had literary become a war cry in the freedom struggle. ‘Vande Mataram’ was such an energising Mantra that in 1907, Madam Kama unfurled the Indian flag in Berlin with Vande Mataram written in its centre. Even today, 150 years after its composition, the national song ‘Vande Mataram’ continues to be a symbol of fiery patriotism and deep love for the nation.

The National song ‘Vande Mataram’ being in Sanskrut, offering salutation to the Motherland and praise to Her, contains Shakti and Chaitanya : Sanskrut is the most Sattvik language of the world. From a Sattvik language, positive vibrations are emitted. The National song ‘Vande Mataram’ composed by the patriot Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay being in Sanskrut, and offering salutation and praise to the Motherland contains Shakti (Divine Energy) and Chaitanya (Divine consciousness). While singing the National song ‘Vande Mataram’, love and reverence unto the Motherland are created and national pride and patriotism increases.

After singing the National song ‘Vande Mataram’, the individuals in the study were benefited due to the Shakti and Chaitanya in the song. Both the individuals experienced spiritual benefits of negative energy in them nullifying, and positive energy in them getting created or increasing.
