The prime architect of unrest in Bangladesh is Muhammad Yunus : Sheikh Hasina

New Delhi – Bangladesh is now in the grip of a ‘fascist’ (fundamentalist) regime abolishing the democratic rights of the people. Muhammad Yunus and his associates are the prime architects of the unrest in the country from July to August. This Government released the attackers and terrorists attacking the Bangladesh parliament. This action proves the Government’s participation in spreading unrest in the country, said former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. She spoke online while addressing a gathering of Awami League supporters in London.

Sheikh Hasina further said that they killed more than 1,000 leaders and activists of the Awami League and looted houses. The current Government is behind the killings, arson and atrocities on students and police. The murderers and conspirators who harmed our country will be held accountable according to the law. Just as we took action against war criminals, they will take action against these criminals. No one can escape the law. This dark chapter in our country’s history will not last forever.

The Anti-Corruption Commission has ignored the allegations of financial irregularities related to Yunus and his institution, Grameen Bank. Sheikh Hasina also alleged that the commission has no control over Yunus’s activities.
