Waqf Board claims 75% of the land in Talegaon village of Latur district

103 farmers receive Waqf Board notices

Latur, Maharashtra – Waqf Board has laid claim to 75% of the land in Talegaon village of Ahmedpur Tehsil. A court of Maharashtra State Waqf Tribunal Aurangabad has led claim to 300 acres of land belonging to103 farmers as per petition no. 17/2024. These 103 farmers have personally received Waqf Tribunal notices from the Waqf Board. All the farmers have responded to the notices collectively through their advocate. (Knowing fully well the dangers of the Waqf Board, Hindus should unitedly fight against it until it is completely dissolved.- Editor)

Every farmer in Talegaon somehow manages a living out of farming and menial labour. The farmers wonder how they will get through if the land is lost.
