Navi Mumbai – A young Hindu woman was brutally attacked by a few religious fanatics and other youth for some trivial cause. Rabale Police avoided registering a case against the attackers. Bajrang Dal activists, however, followed up on the matter and made the Police register a case in this connection.
Mr Tejas Patil, Bajrang Dal’s district coordinator, informed, “On 7th November 2024, a gang of youth involved in teasing and bantering in Talavali NOCIL Naka area was accosted by a Hindu young woman. The gang fought with her brother at that time, leading to a brawl. The young woman was brutally attacked by the religious fanatics and other youths. The aggrieved woman went with her brother and reported that matter to the Police; but even after 15 days, no case was registered against the accused; therefore, Bajrang Dal’s activists intervened and forced the Police to register a case. The process of registering the case was going on from 10.30 p.m. to 4.00 a.m. and the Bajrang Dal activists left the Police station only after registering a case.”
Demand to eliminate drug selling
A few jihadi youths have been selling narcotics in the area. Some young men had come there to consume the narcotics who were involved in the clashes. Mr Patil stated that Bajrang Dal also demanded uprooting the drug sellers from the area and saving the youths from such addictions.
Editorial PerspectivePlease note that Police are prompt in filing cases against Hindus but are indifferent when it comes to filing cases against fanatic Muslims. It is the outcome of the extreme tolerance and forbearance amongst Hindus. |
