Stone pelting at BJP procession by Muslims in Jalgaon

Jalgaon, Maharashtra – In Yaval village, a victory procession organised by the BJP was taken out at 5 p.m. When the procession reached the Nagina Mosque, local Muslims opposed the use of a DJ system (loud sound equipment). They said, “Do not play the DJ near the mosque,” and pelted stones at the procession. A Hindu individual was injured by a stone. The environment remained tense for some time but calmed down after the procession resumed its route.

No stone pelting occurred’, claims Police Sub-Inspector

Despite the incident, local Police Sub-Inspector Gore claimed, “No stone pelting occurred.” (Not only did the Police fail to take action against those responsible for the stone pelting, but they also issued such an irresponsible statement. Are such Police officers serving India or Pakistan? Nationalists expect the Mahayuti Government to take action against these officers! – Editor)

Editorial Perspective

Their audacity to pelt stones at a procession of the ruling party itself proves that they disregard law and order.
