Shri Durgadevi’s Idol vandalised using a grinder in a temple in Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) – The miscreants used a grinder machine to sever the hands of Shri Durgadevi’s Idol installed at Neelmatha Temple in Lucknow. On learning this, people gathered in huge numbers at the temple. Police rushed to the site to control the situation. The incident reportedly comes a day after a piece of meat was found lying outside a temple in Lucknow’s Bazar Khala police station area, a woman named Alima was arrested in this case.

Such incidents bring shame on the Hindus. Hindus feel such incidents should not happen in Uttar Pradesh as there is a BJP Government.
