Muslims enter Durga Puja pandals and argue

Kolkata (Bengal) – A dispute took place between the organisers of Durga Puja and a few Muslim fanatics at Garden Reach area pandal. The fanatics demanded to turn off the loudspeaker as Azaan was going on. When the Police got the information, they reached the spot where the incident took place and inquired about the details. The Police have registered a case against 2 unidentified persons on the complaint by the organisers.

The Police should also issue a warning that it is Kolkata, not Dhaka – BJP

The opposition leader and BJP MLA Shubendu Adhikari has shared a video of this incident on the social media. He has tagged Kolkata Police commissioner regarding this incident. How did these hooligans enter the pandal ? They were threatening to vandalise the Idol of Durgamata. We hope that the Kolkata Police will take stringent action against the culprits. He has also said that the Commissioner should warn the goons that it is not Dhaka, it is Kolkata.

Organiser Sadhu Khan said that nearly 50-60 Muslim youth barged into the pandal, gesturing to hit the women, pushed them and knocked them down.

Azaan is recited 5 times in a day; however, the Hindus never say that Azaan should stop as Aarti is going on. Muslims do not tolerate music during Hindu festivals. This indicates that secularism is only for Hindus and others can be fanatics. Hindu Rashtra is the only way to change this situation.
