Sarsanghachalak appeals to Hindus to unite, not to be divided and weak

  • RSS enters its centenary year

Nagpur – Incidents of atrocities on the Hindu community in Bangladesh are happening repeatedly. When something goes wrong, fanatics tend to vent out their anger on the weak. As long as this attitude exists, not only Hindus, but all minorities will have atrocities impending. Hindus should realize that it is a crime to remain weak. If we are weak and divided, it means we are inviting tyranny. There is no need for an external reason, the fact that we are weak, itself is a crisis. So, stay united wherever you are. Do not have enmity with anyone. Do not be violent; but that doesn’t mean being weak, stated Sarsangchalak H.H. Mohan Bhagwat. On October 12, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) entered 100th year of its foundation. On the occasion, various programmes were organized at the headquarters in Nagpur. He was talking at that time.

OTT media should be controlled by law

(OTT means ‘over the top’. Through this medium, films, serials etc. programmes can be watched)

The content shown on OTT media is so filthy that one cannot even describe. That is why it is quite necessary to control them by law. This is one of the major reasons for cultural degeneration.

Media should behave responsibly. Through their actions, they should nurture values that sustain society’s perception and sanctity. At least do not do something that could potentially harm these things.

Important points presented by Sarsanghchalak

1. College education means enlightenment. Those imparting it, i.e. professors, must be trained well.

2. Common people of society imitate those who are high up in the society. Hence, influential people must take care of their behaviour.

3. Till date no country other than India has chosen the path of world development. We do it. Some countries are trying to stop India. Efforts are on to prevent India from becoming powerful.

4. Discipline of behaviour inherited from the family, goodwill and decency in dealing with each other, patriotism in social behaviour and affinity towards society, adherence to law and the Constitution etc. form the individual and national character.

5. To ensure the security, unity, integrity and development of the country, these aspects of character must be flawless and complete. We all have to be alert and constantly engaged in this exercise of personal and national character.
