Efforts to understand the philosophy behind Yoga
Americans who practice Yoga are now trying to understand its history and philosophy. Many universities and research institutions are studying and providing training on deeper aspects of Yoga. Women choose Yoga to maintain mental peace and balance. Many Americans report that practicing Yoga daily helps them achieve mental stability. (The true meaning of ‘Yoga’ is the union of the soul with the Divine. Therefore, Americans curious about the philosophy of Yoga should be encouraged to explore Hindu practices and consider embracing Hinduism – Editor)
