Women choose Yoga to maintain mental peace and balance. Many Americans report that practicing Yoga daily helps them achieve mental stability. (The true meaning of ‘Yoga’ is the union of the soul with the Divine. Therefore, Americans curious about the philosophy of Yoga should be encouraged to explore Hindu practices and consider embracing Hinduism – Editor)

Editorial Perspective

  • Yoga is a unique gift that Hinduism has given to the world, and America is now well aware of its significance.
  • The Government of India should take advantage of this awareness and promote Yoga as ‘Hindu Yoga’ to ensure it receives its rightful place !
