Govt must expel anti-Hindu Shyam Manav from Anti-Superstition and Black Magic Committee within 48 hours

Alandi (Maharashtra) – A mass movement led by the entire Warkari sect has demanded that the Government expel Shyam Manav from the Anti-Superstition and Black Magic Committee within 48 hours, and immediately arrest Dnyanesh Maharao for hurting Hindu religious sentiments.

During a State-level conference of the Sambhaji Brigade, Dnyanesh Maharao made controversial statements about Shriram and Swami Samarth, ridiculing Hindu Deities and Saints, thus hurting the sentiments of all Hindus. To protest this, a mass movement was held on 28th September at 4 pm at Chakan Chowk, Alandi, with participation of over 110 Warkaris and members of various Hindu organisations.

Anti-Superstition and Black Magic Committee should be dissolved immediately : H.B.P. Mahendra Maharaj Maske

During the protest, H.B.P. Mahendra Maharaj Maske stated that Shyam Manav is not a human but a demon. The Government has spent crores on the Anti-Superstition and Black Magic Committee, and Shyam Manav is misusing that money. Therefore, the committee should be dissolved immediately. Shyam Manav should be expelled within 48 hours, and a case should be registered against Maharao for hurting religious sentiments and he should be arrested immediately. Do not make Warkaris protest again.

Condemn those who give silent consent to Dyanesh Maharao : H.B.P. Dattatray Chorge Maharaj

H.B.P. Dattatray Chorge Maharaj said, ‘Why is anti-Hindu Dnyanesh Maharao named Dnyanesh ? He is a filthy individual with a corrupt mindset. While Dnyanesh Maharao disrespected Shriram and Saints from the podium, ‘Janta Raja’ and other notable figures were present, giving him silent consent. We condemn this’.

Complaint filed against Dnyanesh Maharao by Warkari sect at Police Station

A complaint against Dnyanesh Maharao has been filed at the Alandi Police Station on behalf of the Warkari sect. H.B.P. Bapu Maharaj Raokar, chairman of the National Warkari Council, filed this complaint. Police Sub-Inspector Narke stated that the matter will be investigated within two days. Attendees included Mr. Ganesh Hulavale, H.B.P. Maske Maharaj from Samarthak Dnyanpith, Mr. Prasad Joshi, Chorge Maharaj from Maharashtra Temple Federation, H.B.P. Sanjay Maharaj Undre Patil, H.B.P. Ram Maharaj Suryavanshi, and Mr. Parag Gokhale from the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.

H.B.P. Bapu Maharaj Raokar said that Warkaris are very wise and that those working for social upliftment should be included in the Anti-Superstition and Black Magic Committee. If this request is not honoured, there will be protests throughout Maharashtra. The Government has failed to take necessary action even after our religious sentiments were hurt. If no action is taken against Shyam Manav within 48 hours, we will hold a press conference in Pune to announce our stance.

All Warkaris are demanding the expulsion of Shyam Manav from the Anti-Superstition and Black Magic Committee and the dissolution of the Committee. We condemn Dnyanesh Maharao’s statements. The Government must understand that no one has been given the right to criticise our Deities.

Strict action must be taken against Dnyanesh Maharao for making controversial statements about Hindu Deities and Saints. If the administration does not take note of this, we will launch even more intense protests.
