Pakistan has to be pressured to vacate Pakistan-occupied Kashmir
India’s External Affairs Minister Dr S. Jaishankar slams Pakistan at the United Nations
New York – There is only one issue that remains unresolved between India and Pakistan and that is to make Pakistan vacate the illegally occupied part of Kashmir. It is India’s territory and also (we) have to put an end to terrorist activities against India from across the border permanently, External Affairs Minister Dr S. Jaishankar said in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

Pakistan will have to face the consequences
We heard some wrong stories from this forum yesterday. Therefore, I want to make India’s position clear. Pakistan’s policy of cross-border terrorism will never succeed. They will be punished. They will not be able to escape from that punishment. They will have to face the consequences of their actions. Dr Jaishankar was quoted as saying.
Pakistan is suffering from the fruits of its own actions
S. Jaishankar further said that Pakistan is pursuing terrorist policies across the border; but they will never succeed. They will have to face the consequences of every action. They are still suffering from the fruits of their (own) actions. Their ‘karma’ is swallowing up their society today.
Pakistan is lagging behind due to its own mistakes
Dr. Jaishankar said that some countries have lagged behind because of forces or situations not under their control; but there are some countries that have lagged behind because of their own mistakes. Those who have deliberately taken decisions that proved detrimental to their country. The biggest example of this is our neighbouring Pakistan.
Pakistan should end terrorism
Dr Jaishankar also elaborated that Pakistan should end its relations with terrorism and terror organizations. Terrorism is against the teachings of any society and religion in the world.
Pakistan’s gross national product equals the terrorism
Dr Jaishankar said that if Pakistan’s politics favouring the terrorism creates such extremism among its population (Pakistan nationals), then its gross national product (GDP) can only be measured in terms of spreading extremism and terrorism.
