(Khwaja means lord, master or guide)

Balrampur (Uttar Pradesh) – On the occasion of Prophet Muhammad’s birthday, fanatic Muslims took out a procession in the Muslim-majority market of Utraula in Balrampur District. When the procession passed by the Ganeshotsav mandap erected by the Hindu traders, fanatic Muslims stopped there and hoisted green flags. At that time, slogans were raised such as ‘Rasool ke ghulam ko maut bhi qabul hai’ (Death is acceptable to the slaves of Allah), ‘Palestinian Muslim Zindabad’, ‘Masjid-e-Aqsa Zindabad’ (the mosque in Jerusalem) along with ‘If you want to live in India, you must say Khwaja Khwaja’. Slogans were raised in front of the Police. The video of the incident has been circulated on social media. Police Inspector Sanjay Dubey nabbed some of the sloganeers; but as the Muslims pressurised the Police to release them. (Please note that the Policemen who surrender before the Muslims, do not yield before the Hindus – Editor). Siddhi Vinayak Seva Samiti has lodged a complaint with the Police against this act of Muslims.

Editorial Perspective

This highlights the situation of minority Hindus in Muslim-majority areas. In a Hindu majority country, minority fanatic Muslims have become audacious. When will the Government teach them a lesson ?
