New Delhi – “On 16th May 2022, a Shivling was discovered in the Gyanvapi complex. The Gyanvapi complex is screaming that it is a Hindu site. Namaz was forcefully being offered in the Gyanvapi complex, which was highly inappropriate. Gyanvapi is the sacred abode of Deity Mahadev, worshiped by Hindus. It is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of the Hindus. We have faith in the judicial system. We hope that the verdict in this case will come soon,” stated Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, representing the Hindu side in the Gyanvapi case in the Supreme Court.

Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain further stated,
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that the Gyanvapi is the sacred abode of Shri Vishwanath himself. It is unfortunate that it is being referred to as a ‘mosque’. I support his statement.
We have requested a survey in the Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi area in Mathura and filed a petition in the Allahabad High Court for this. The High Court has accepted this petition but the same has been challenged in the Supreme Court.
When the survey is conducted at Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi, it will be evident to everyone that this area is not the Eidgah mosque. Our Deity’s land has been illegally taken over and turned into a mosque.
Investigate the land seized by Waqf : Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain
Reclaiming land that has been wrongfully seized under the guise of Waqf property is a complex process. In such cases, District Magistrates have been given the authority to order investigations. However, everyone knows under whose instructions the District Magistrates work. We demand that a national-level commission be established to investigate the properties held by Waqf boards in India. The Waqf board has grabbed several lands, and they must be returned to their rightful owners.
