Religious fanatics’ fatal attack on two Hindus at Srirampur City Police station premises

Attacked for bringing a vehicle with cows to the Police station

Shrirampur (Maharashtra) – A vehicle carrying cows to the slaughterhouse was intercepted by the Police. As two Hindus named Nirmal and Mapari helped the Police to bring the vehicle from the spot to the Police station, a group of religious fanatics attacked them severely. This incident took place in the premises of Shrirampur City Police Station on 16th August. After that, a crowd of Hindutva activists gathered at the Police station. Police have arrested two people from the group of religious fanatics and search for other accused is on. In this case, Nirmal has filed a complaint against the religious fanatics in Shrirampur city Police station.

Shrirampur City Police stopped a vehicle carrying cows near the tunnel leading to the R.B.N.B. college. A crowd had gathered at the spot. Then the Police asked the crowd, ‘Can anyone drive this vehicle ?’, Nirmal agreed. He along with his friend Mapari brought the vehicle to the Police station. While those two people were in the Police station premises, Wasim Qureshi, Shahid Qureshi, Bundi Qureshi, Shahrukh Qureshi, Taufiq Qureshi, Mohsin Qureshi, Adnan Qureshi, Sadam Qureshi, Irfan Sheikh, Shahrukh Qureshi asked Nirmal, ‘Why did you drive the vehicle ?’ They attacked Nirmal saying that they will not spare him. A case has been registered against all the above religious fanatics.

Editorial Perspective

Religious fanatics go to the extent of attacking the premises of the Police station, this is a sign that they do not fear the Police ! This is shameful for the Police ! When will the Police be able to stop the increasing violence of religious Muslim fanatics ?
