50% of the criminals in UAE are Pakistanis
Saudi Arabia annoyed due to Pakistani beggars
Abu Dhabi (UAE) – Gulf countries such as the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia have expressed concern about Pakistani workers. Pakistanis are committing 50% of the total crimes in the UAE, while Saudi Arabia is plagued by the Pakistani beggars. These disclosures have been made in a committee of the Pakistani Parliament.
Pakistani officials have given this information to the Committee of the upper house of the Pakistani Parliament, which has been set up for the Pakistanis living abroad. The committee has been told that the countries like UAE are not happy with workers coming from Pakistan; because most of them are found to be involved in labour crimes. Pakistanis also engage in misbehaviour. In cities like Dubai, they make videos of women without consent.
Saudi Arabia and Iraq are suffering from beggars coming from Pakistan. Officials told the committee that in September 2023, gangs were caught which left for the Hajj pilgrimage from Pakistan but later started begging there. It has also been revealed that 90% of the beggars caught in the Gulf countries are Pakistanis.
