Scheme to increase business by scattering nails on roads foiled by traffic police in Bengaluru Karnataka
Bengaluru (Karnataka) – Rumors had already circulated about vehicle tires being punctured by nails thrown onto the road. Recently, a handful of nails were found in a subway at Kuvempu Circle in Jalhalli, Bengaluru. The traffic police have launched a cleaning campaign to remove these nails. A video of the incident has been shared on social media.
There may be more nails in the area, so the police have urged the public to stay vigilant. They are also investigating whether local puncture workers might have scattered the nails to increase their business.
