Name of Ramanagaram in Karnataka changed to Bengaluru South
Anti-Hindu decision by Congress Govt
Bengaluru (Karnataka) – Ramanagaram Dist. in Karnataka will now be known as Bengaluru South. The decision to change the name has been taken in a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. This decision is opposed by the opposition Party.
The Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister of Karnatak, H. K. Patil said, “based on people’s demand, the decision of changing Ramanagaram to Begaluru South has been taken. The process has been initiated by the revenue department. There is a change only in the name of the district, everything else remains the same. That will be called Brand Bengaluru. Bengaluru is a brand. It wrong to say that this exercise is meaningless. The change in the name will benefit everyone.
