Germany will open its doors for Indian workers: job opportunities for millions of Indians

Berlin (Germany) – The German Government plans to hire Indian workers to meet the labour shortage in Germany. German Labor Minister Hubertus Heil, while informing about the Government’s plan in this regard, said that all efforts are being made to meet the requirement of skilled workers. Under this new plan, Germany wants to hire a large number of skilled workers from India. All necessary steps are being taken for that.

1. Labor Minister Heil said Germany has labour shortages in more than 70 occupations. In Germany, the doors will remain open for skilled workers in the future. Germany will need 7 million workers by 2035.

2. Transport, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, engineering and information technology are the sectors where workers are most needed.

3. The German Government has made reforms in many areas to make the scheme more attractive for workers.
