We can do a lot to protect society and Dharma through public interest petitions : Advocate Amritesh N.P., Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad
Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav (2024) : Court Battles of Lawyers
Ramnath Devasthan, Goa – Many malpractices are observed during Dussehra, Diwali, Ganeshotsav etc. DJ systems and LED lights are commonly used in these events. Over the last 10 to 12 years, their use has grown tremendously. Elderly citizens, pregnant women and patients have to bear the harmful effects. Many have died of heart attacks. Many people have eye problems due to the LED lights. We filed PILs in court against all these malpractices and against noise pollution. Taking note of it, the court ordered the administration to stop these malpractices. Because of that we have been successful in preventing the harm to society and Dharma. We conducted this campaign under the title of ‘Operation DJ’. Through Public Interest Litigation we can do a lot to protect society and religion. This work is becoming successful due to Guru’s blessings. We should fearlessly do this work for the benefit of society and nation. For this, have Swatantryaveer Savarkar as your ideal. Swatantryaveer Savarkar is also the crown jewel of advocates, said Advocate Amritesh N.P., National Vice President of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad. He was speaking on protecting society and nation through Public Interest Litigations on the sixth day of the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav.
Advocate Amritesh further said that we have also started a legal battle against the LED hoardings put up on the side of the roads in big cities like Bengaluru and Mumbai through Public Interest Litigation. The Guru’s blessings are providing inspiration to work for society and Dharma.
Feminist organisations divided the Hindu society in the name of women empowerment – Prof. Madhu Purnima Kishwar
Only Hindus are taught to obey the law and not take the law into their hands. Police and advocates are taking advantage of this to deceive innocent Hindus. Feminist NGOs passed the laws they wanted under the guise of social service. The media, the judiciary, the bureaucracy have all become puppets of these so-called feminists. In the name of women’s empowerment, education for the poor, justice for scheduled castes/tribes, these feminist organisations created a divide in the Hindu society, said Madhu Purnima Kishwar (Editor of ‘Manushi’ magazine). She was speaking on feminists trying to break Hindu society by using laws, on the sixth day of the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav.
🚨The I$lamic invaders who set their feet in India perpetrated unimaginable atrocities on Hindu women. They had thousands of women in their harams, sold women in Meena bazaars and did sex slavery on an industrial scale

Prof. Madhu Purnima Kishwar further said that these feminists hatched a conspiracy to defame Hindus by making false allegations. These people created a fake narrative and caused great harm to the Hindus of Jammu. It made it difficult for them to open their mouths. They instilled a sense of guilt among Hindus. Muslims took to the streets in support of terrorists like Burhan Wani, Dawood Ibrahim. On the contrary, the Hindu community did not come forward in support of the Hindu Saints even after they were acquitted of the rape charges.
Hinduism was defamed by creating fake narratives that women were oppressed in Hindu society and laws were passed by the courts in the name of remedying this injustice. These laws were necessary in Western countries, because the idea of witches etc. existed there. In Indian culture, the feminine is called divine power, Prof. Madhu Purnima Kishwar said.
Cricket a religion for India, Jihad for Pakistan! – Advocate Vineet Jindal, High and Supreme Court
Cricket is played as a sport in India, but a Pakistan-India match is like a war for Pakistanis. Former Pakistan cricket captain and former Prime Minister Imran Khan had said, cricket will be the game for India, but for us it is Jihad. This means that Cricket Jihad exists in the world, said Vineet Jindal, Advocate in the High and Supreme Court, while speaking on the topic of Judicial work against Cricket Jihad, on the sixth day of the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav.
Elaborating on cricket jihad, advocate Vineet Jindal said, “After Pakistan won the India-Pakistan hockey match in 1978, its players performed mass namaz on the field and exclaimed that we beat the Hindus. Recently, a Pakistani batsman dedicated his century to Palestine. Also, famous West Indian batsman Brian Lara was asked to embrace Islam by a Pakistani player. In this way, Pakistan is continuously encouraging cricket jihad. Cricket has become so commercialized that the ICC is completely ignoring this Jihad. I have corresponded with the Board of Control for Cricket in India and the ICC to stop this jihad.”
In 2023, Pakistani commentator Zainab Abbas came to India for the World Cup match. At that time she had made derogatory remarks against Hindu Gods and Sachin Tendulkar. I filed a cyber complaint against that in Delhi. After that, Zainab fled to Dubai in fear. At that time, a cricket player had offered Namaz on the field. Even though it is un-Islamic to pray with shoes, his co-religionists ignored it. Advocate Vineet Jindal said that the sole reason for offering Namaz on the cricket field is to propagate Islam.
Mazars on government land should be evicted before it is converted into a mosque – Advocate Khush Khandelwal
The most dangerous of all Jihads is Land Jihad, and all Jihads are related to this Jihad. Under this they try to claim most of the government land. A Mazar (Muslim grave) is initially built there. After that a dargah (a structure made at the site of a tomb) is built there and gradually it is transformed into a magnificent mosque. Over time many fanatics come there for tourism. They are settled there. By doing this, the surrounding area of 5 km becomes Muslim-majority. After that it becomes difficult to stop the encroachment there. That is why it is necessary to stop it right from the beginning, asserted advocate Khush Khandelwal, the founder of ‘Hindu Task Force’ said on the sixth day of Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav. He was speaking on the issue of legal battles against Dargahs built on government land.
Advocate Khandelwal said, “Baleshah Pir Dargah was built by encroachment on government land at Uttan Dongri in Bhayander area near Mumbai. Complained against this Dargah. Thereafter, based on the survey conducted by the Tehsildar, a crime was registered against the trustees. This topic was also discussed in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. The circle officer made a false report about this dargah and showed that this dargah was built in the year 1995. I exposed this corruption in the media. A petition was filed in the High Court in this regard. The state government, district magistrate, superintendent of police submitted affidavits as per the court’s directives. After that, the shopkeepers of the place removed the encroached shops adjacent to the dargah themselves. Going forward, we want to make this land free from encroachment. I am sure the court will take a decision in this regard soon.”

Advocate Khush Khandelwal shared his experience about this case. Government officials in the case said that in this case we were pressured to commit corruption by taking money. But we rejected the money after looking at Advocate Khandelwal.
Considering serving Dharma Bhagwan as Shrikrushna’s mission! – Advocate Khush Khandelwal, Founder, Hindu Task Force
Some people ask me, doesn’t it scare me to do this. I feel this is Bhagwan Shrikrishna’s mission. It will be fulfilled by His will. Therefore no one has the power to stop this work. It is our good fortune to be born in Sanatan Dharma. We can repay the debt of this Sanatan Dharma only by protecting Dharma. If we all work with Shrikrishna as the focal point, our victory is certain.
