New Delhi – Delhi High Court has stayed the bail awarded by the Lower Court to Delhi’s Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Hence Kejriwal will not be released from prison. On the 20thJune the Rouse Avenue Sessions Court granted bail to Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case. The ED had requested the court to delay the bail bond process by 48 hours., but the court refused to grant their request. Then the ED approached the High Court. That Court has given a stay till 21stJune. Hence Arvind Kejriwal’s bail has been stayed for just 24 hours.
