Piece of blade found in passenger’s food on Air India flight
New Delhi – A piece of blade was found in the food of a passenger on an Air India flight. Air India official Rajesh Dogra confirmed the incident and admitted the mistake. He said that a piece of blade was found in the food of a passenger on one of our flights. After investigation, it was found that the piece belonged to a machine used for cutting vegetables. We have taken necessary steps to avoid such incidents in future.
